Sports Massage

Pre- and post-event massage increases performance, reduces injury and shortens the time for muscle recovery during intense training periods. Injury prevention and recovery are key for athletes, and massage plays an important role in both.

Being a grown up shouldn't mean giving up the sports you enjoy. Whether you are a professional athlete or coach, a serious amateur, or just enjoy a pick up game of baseball on the weekend with your friends, massage can support and improve your game by improving your strength and  flexibility.    Sports massage can release the toxins after a workout, and soothe the joints that are getting you down.

Youth

The needs of growing bodies are special. The proper care for your young athlete will help support a lifelong enjoyment of sports and promote overall health well into the future. 

On the field or in the massage room our youth sessions are designed to assist in training our young athletes in skills they can share with team members to keep themselves injury free.
